List of Cargo and Shipping Companies in Tanzania.  Published by the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.  It is a directory of 185 companies that are involved in transport, insurance, and cargo shipping companies. 

Trade Relations Between Tanzania and the EU.  Analytical paper on the trade relations between Tanzanian and the European Union. Published by the Economic Partnerships Agreement (EPA) of the Trade Law Centre for Southern Africa. The paper offers the reader clues on an integrated overview of theory, policy and enterprise in trade between Tanzania and the European Union (EU), focusing on the exports of the former to the latter. 

African Growth and Oppertunity Act (AGOA).  This website is an important resource if you are thinking of exporting to the states.  This Act was signed as U.S. legislation in 2000 by President Clinton to allow the duty-free export of certain products from selected African countries to the United States.  Tanzania is one of the countries and this website provides a resource as to how to use this to your advantage.

Trade leads and Matchmaking Services Available on the Internet.  A long list of websites and services designed to help exporters find markets and export thier products and services abroad.  Focus is on the United States but some links are also for Europe and Canada.

Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture.  The website for the TCCIA is a great resource for all business sectors and provides a place to get information on trade opportunities, business contacts, trade informations, import/export regulations, government lobbying, advocacy, training and seminars, advisory services and others. Check out thier trade forum to ask question or see whose asking for your business! People are posting from all over the world.

The SME Competitiveness Facility.  This Danish funded organization is focused on providing support and finacial assistance to SMEs especially so that they can increase thier ability to trade and export.  They work towards improving product quality and the meeting of international standards to enable SMEs to export.  The site also has useful publications on how to access market information. Check out what they are doing for businesswomen like you!
